Shipping & Delivery
Deliver Us From Retail members within certain geographic proximity to Memphis, Tennessee may opt for local delivery. Members who choose the delivery option are able to choose/coordinate a delivery/pickup date, time, and location from a provided list of public, safe and secure locations. As Deliver Us From Retail expands, additional local delivery areas will become available.
*Presentation of a verifiable form of ID (i.e. drivers license/state ID/membership ID or QR code) and signature is required to receive delivery/pickup orders. Any orders that are undeliverable or are not picked up at the scheduled delivery/pickup date/time for any reason will require rescheduling and will incur an additional delivery fee.
Deliver Us From Retail offers several shipping and delivery options. Members may select any of the 3rd party shipping providers and their methods available presented at checkout (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Members may also opt for local delivery if within certain geographic proximity to Memphis, Tennessee.

Deliver Us From Retail can ship certain items internationally if the purchasing member chooses to opt for international shipment – provided that the item does not violate the shipping and/or customs guidelines of the destination country. All additional shipping, handling, and customs taxes/fees are the responsibility of the purchasing Deliver Us From Retail member.
Fully processed orders (meaning item(s) in stock and payment has cleared) are shipped between 1 and 3 days from being fully processed. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method and delivery schedule chosen at checkout. Once handed off to the shipping processor, delivery fulfillment becomes said processors responsibility, however member’s orders can tracked by their tracking number (provided via email when accepted by the shipper) and/or tracked by the order number on the Deliver Us From Retail Order Tracking page or the Orders section of member’s account.
